About
Our goal at Chemung Valley Early Care and Learning is to provide quality care, meeting the children's needs by implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum which enhances each child's physical, emotional, social, creative and intellectual development.
We encourage you to visit either of our locations. We believe that the best way to serve you and your child is to partner with the person who knows the child best - you.

We are open all year round from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. Children of any race, color, religion, or national origin are welcome. We accept children from Chemung County and surrounding areas. For parents working for the NYS Office of Mental Health, NYS Correctional Facilities, the SUNY system, and Pathways, tuition discounts may be available.

A nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are provided at both locations. Both locations provide Infant formula and baby food.

Rates vary by the child's age. Please call for rate information, availability of openings and to arrange for a tour of the facility. We accept subsidized child care payments.
​Our Staff

Our trained teachers nurture children with consistent support and encouragement, helping them develop self-confidence, independence and skills for successful relationships. They use their specific talents for working with children, their knowledge of child development, years of teaching and understanding of young children's needs to develop a curriculum that will help your child grow and develop into a loving and responsible person.
