Our basic goal at Chemung Valley Early Care and Learning is to provide safe, warm, nurturing care for your child. We strive to provide care, which meets the individual needs of your child. The Center provides a creative, non-sexist environment where children can explore a variety of stimulating materials and experiences.
At Chemung Valley Early Care and Learning we strongly believe that the way for us to provide optimal services for your child is to work together with you. We share in your goals for your child. We encourage you to let us know if there are ways we can better work together. Communication on a regular basis will allow us all to keep informed.

About our Payment Schedule
Tuition is payable weekly and is due by noon on Friday prior to the week that care is needed. Please pay by check or money order. Credit Cards are accepted at Horseheads. Payments can be dropped off in the locked box at the Center. If a receipt is needed, contact the director or Office Administrator. Checks should be made payable to Chemung Valley ECL. Tuition Express is available at the Horseheads Branch. This service automatically deducts tuition from either your debit card or bank account. Tuition Express enrollment forms are available.
